I'm a Southern raised, New England educated, attorney who moved to Los Angeles to find her way as a yoga teacher before moving back east for love, and then back to California when the relationship failed. I'm on a mission to find the beauty in every person, location, and situation while being honest about the fact that life might not always seem that great, but there is always happiness to be found. I can speak from personal experience. In the thirty years I've been on this earth, I've tackled eating disorders, drug addiction, abusive relationships, severe depression (and anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder), self harm, as well as osteoarthritis, food allergies, and eczema. I sound like I should be a mess, right? What life has taught me goes a long way, and while I'm not always proud of where I've been, I wouldn't change a thing. My strength is drawn from my experiences, and I want to share them with the world in the hope that others can connect with my story and make positivechanges in their life. Basically, I'm putting myself out there while trying to be the best version of myself I can through constant growth and change, and I'll be sharing my journey along the way. I'll be adding snippets of my story to my blog each week as well as yoga video tutorials, allergen free recipes, exploration and travel tips, and more.
